missingWrote a review on Oct 22great locationcomfortable bedlack of refrigeratorlimited bathroom amenitiespoor shower design
The location is a definite highlight, with nearby attractions like Baldwin Beach and shopping options conveniently close. The bed in the room was comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. However, the lack of a refrigerator and basic amenities, like hangers for clothes, made the stay less convenient. Additionally, while the shower pressure was good, the bathroom design was limiting, especially with the sliding door that offered no place to hang items.

We enjoyed our stay, especially with how close the lodge was to the beautiful Pope Beach, where we spent a lovely day picnicking with our two small kids. The check-in process was smooth, and our room was a good size for family accommodations.
For dads, it would be great if there were more play areas for kids.

I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Kitchen. The room had this cool cabin vibe, and it was pretty spacious. They had a small kitchen, but the stove didn’t work, which was a bummer. The beds were comfy though, so I slept well. However, it could’ve used more basic stuff like hangers. it felt a bit lacking. Overall, it was okay for a one-night stay but not a place for a long getaway without missing some comforts.

I had a cozy King Suite that was very clean and featured antique charm, though it could use some updates. Enjoyed a comfortable bed but missed having air conditioning in the room.

The room had decent water pressure, but the restroom door hit the bed.

Would recommend for a date night
Comfortable room, convenient location, with decent amenities like free wi-fi and a flat-screen TV, making our stay pleasant for enjoying the city’s attractions and getting up early for skiing as we were just 99 km from the nearest airport.
The lack of a refrigerator and the small bathroom made things less comfortable than desired.
